Summary

• The app has no accounts, no sign-up and no chat, and it never asks a child for a name, photo, email, phone number or location.
• We (the developer) do not collect, store or receive any personal information from the app.

Information stored on the device

The app saves a few settings only on the phone or tablet itself: the chosen language (Indonesian or English), whether sound is on, and the number of stars earned in the games. This information never leaves the device and is deleted when the app is uninstalled or its data is cleared.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to show banner ads on menu screens. Every ad request is marked as directed to children (tagForChildDirectedTreatment) and as from a user under the age of consent, and the maximum ad content rating is set to "G" (general audiences). Under these settings Google serves non-personalized ads only, does not use interest-based advertising or remarketing, and limits the data it processes to what is needed to deliver ads, measure them and prevent fraud (for example, approximate location derived from the IP address, device and app information, and ad interactions). The app does not request the Android advertising ID permission. Google's handling of this data is described in the Google partner sites policy and Google's child-directed treatment documentation. AdMob is a self-certified ad network under Google Play's Families policy.

Speech and sounds

Animal names, facts and praise are pre-recorded narration packaged inside the app; playing them sends no data anywhere. If a recording is ever missing, the app asks the device's own text-to-speech engine to read the text, which is handled by the speech engine installed on the device. Animal sounds and photos come from Wikimedia Commons and Freesound under open licenses and are stored inside the app; the full credit list is in the parent area.

Permissions

The app uses the Internet permission only to load ads. It does not use the camera, microphone, contacts, location or storage.

Children's privacy

The app is designed for children and complies with Google Play's Families policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
